Just a quick question, I have a morning tea funciton thing to go to today, we are picking up allt he food from eves pantry (club sandwiches, savouries and sausage rolls) and am wondering if I can eat any of the hot stuff, steering clear of sandwiches due to deli meat content, but what about the hot stuff.
The big issue I see is it not being hot enough, what are everyone elses thoughts?

Well dont really know for sure, I have eaten sausage rolls (but ot many) and they have been fine so far, but having said that I did heat them till they were piping hot and I did wonder at the time....?
I havent seen anythign that says otherwise - I assumed they would be the same as pies, fine if they were hot...?
It is an interestign question though...

(and eves pantry DO make the best sausage rolls YUMMM!)

   Hi Sarah,
I think as long as it's hot you shouldn't have a problem. Early in my pregnancy I had some cravings for mince pies etc and I ate them with no problem |

To be extra cautious you could always heat them up in the microwave??

I ate quite a few sausage rolls and pies in the first trimester, was a hankering I had Usually just ate them straight from the pie warmer. But yeah if you are a bit worried that they are not hot enough, zap em in the microwave.
Damn now I feel like a sausage roll...

I think i've eaten lots of stuff that your not supposed to? I've been fine so far. I think I have iron guts though as I never get tummy bugs even when everyone else does. That dosen't help much!

If you have access to a microwave i'd heat it a bit to be safe, but really you should be right.
