Signs before labour...?

I think about a week beofore my waters broke I was getting more frequent braxton hicks then one night I woke with a really sore tummy and went to the toilet then went back to bed then felt like Ineeded to go to loo again and that time I had pinky fluid on toilet paper. It trickled slightly then thought I wonder if i was my waters. When I got to the hospital and got out of car it just gushed out.

with caitlyn i went to bed the night before with a bit of a sore back and the next day it was still there and gradually became contractions that kept building up at a steady pace, i felt them in my tummy, my back and my legs (where i get my cramps when i get my period basically)
my waters broke and my show arrived (bless it, not) when i was in active labour, my waters breaking felt like a pop and they just leaked down my legs.
I think caitlyn was quieter leading up but i cant really remember.

However i was my mates birth partner in march and even while she was sitting there getting contractions she hadnt really dropped much at all and u could still see bubba kicking about-but apparently some babies dont become engaged till the last minute
