Does anyone have any ideas how to get a makeup/perfume type smell out of wood? I'm airing the drawers out and I figure baking soda could work but just wondered if anyone had any other ideas

A cut lemon can absorb smells from your fridge it might work for drawers?

DH the cabinetmaker says if its solids timber a little soap and water should do it. Don't though if it MDF you'll make weetbix
