Topic: so hungry Posted: 24 January 2006 at 8:42pm |
I can not believe how much my appetite has increased in the past couple of days,
I am finding that although i am not eating anymore than i normally would i am eating more often, and it seems like i am eating all day long.
tonight i have had my dinner, 1 chop, 1/2 large pototoe and salad, then i had 4 crackers with cheese, and frozen yoghurt and ive just had a small bowl of cereal and milk.
i think i should go to bed before i empty the cupboards lol

i am a homecarer, i work with ppl in wheelchairs, i am not allowed to do any lifting or anything, but i just go in and keep this guy company for a couple of hours and prepare and cook his evening meals, and basically just get him things as he wants or needs them, pretty cruisy actually. i also have one in the morning starting from friday, where i just go and supervise her in the shower, and hang out any washing and doing any breakfast dishes, another pretty cruisy job.

I used to do that when I was at uni - did more houswork than personal cares. Got sick of doing everyone elses housework so flagged it! Also wasnt really into giving showers - guess thats why I'm a physio and not a nurse! he he - sorry Janine!
