That's wonderful news Sheza. You & DF must be so happy
I hope the bleeding stops soon just for your piece of mind.
ETA: when I had an early scan after my MC my MW told me that the chance of miscarrying now that you've seen the heartbeat is something like 5%. So you should be sweet from here on in.

Yay Sheza!
Yes seconding what sallybelly said - once there is a heartbeat there's much less chance of a MC.
Looking so positive - here's to a healthy problem free pregnancy.

Isnt it so cool to see the heart. Took my breath away when we saw that little flickering blob the first time. Just wait till you get to HEAR the heart beat. Oh I miss my little peanut being inside (he was so much easier to get to sleep )

My mw told me it was a good sign to have ms, means all the hormones are there and everything was doing what it was suppose to be doing. I found that very comforting whilst feeling wrotten. I flew to England at 6 weeks and then flew home at 8 weeks, was not funny when they brought the fish dish round the plane

Teehee Sheza, the gremlins were a 'gremlin' at 6 weeks, they multiplied somewhere between then and 9 weeks

Emma, you're such the devil's advocate aren't you?
Congrats Sheza, you must have breathed a sigh of relief after the scan. When I had my early scan (about 7ish weeks) I had to have the doc point out the blob and the heartbeat although everyone else could see it - since then I have become quite good at 'reading' scans.
