Topic: Sore Ears Posted: 19 January 2008 at 10:25pm |
ok, you 2 nurses on here tonight.
I've had sore ears for a few weeks. It started off as just one ear, now its both. They don't ache all the time, but about every 5 mins or so and then I get a twangy ache, and every night it's quite sore. Gone next morning, and then I forget to make an appt at DR. I have had a good geezer round my mouth and can't see any teeth trouble, so ?

Do they feel blocked? My ears have been slightly blocked for ages now, they get sore when I'm tired.

SOunds very weird that it comes and goes. DO you have any other symptoms along with it like headaches, swollen face/neck, temp, ringing, discharge or blocked feeling?

No the only other thing that is wrong with me is that I am as grumpy as hell. Oh maybe my glands are a bit sore just under my ears. tHey have been sore since xmas eve. Rung my Drs surgery first thing int he morn and was told "emergency only" and they didn't open properly again till after N/Y and I keep thinking oh they're ok today but then late arvo...

I would go and get checked esp since they have been sore for so long and with your glands ??being up and sore you must be brewing something.
