Hi all,
I'd love your advice on this:
My little monkey is now regularly breaking out of her swaddle. The problem is once she gets an arm free she can't get back to sleep as the hand just rubs her eyes, knocks her dummy out and just generally pisses her off.
I thought perhaps that having her arm out might be good as she could suck her hand and self sooth - possibly even put her dummy in if it falls out - but no.
So my questions are:
Do any of you ladies swaddle your bubs?
Have any of them started breaking free? *H has been a Houdini since she was born, but now it is EVERY damn time - I had to get up at 4am this morning to re-swaddle her
Also (for those of you who have passed the swaddling phase) when did you "wean" them from the swaddle and how did you do it?
I tried wrapping her with one arm out and she was not happy.
Do I just wrap her with one arm out and have a crap night sleep (her too) and then after one or two crappy nights she will get used to it and all will be well?
Any advice would be ace.
Cheers

Also she has started rolling from back to front and I'm scared that she will roll at night while swaddled and thus suffocate!
