I know the feeling! I keep telling myself don't test until AF is due, especially if I have a chemical pregnancy I'd rather not know. But the impatient part of me that always wins starts testing the week leading up until AF lol. I've already been calculating when I might get a positive next week and my AF's not due until next Friday! :)

Sab it's more about when you ovulated as to when you can test I wouldn't advise testing any earlier than 10DPO. However I start testing from 8DPO Do whatever you are comfortable with, so long as you don't get hung up on a BFN before AF is due

So today is 5DPO - I got carsick on the way to work (never happened before!). I have an extremely sore cervix/uterus, still getting bubbles/twitches down there too (the soreness is like AF is due to arrive but its way too early for that). I haven't noticed tiredness yet, nor massive vivid dreams. I'm holding out to test until at least Wednesday next week. How is everyone else doing in their 2WW?

Sooo many symptoms Kurryn! Good plan, Wednesday sounds like a good day to test I have had all BFN's so far. Been testing the last 4 days. Freaking out about my temperature dip yesterday a little. As I'm sure I'd rather not be pregnant then have the stress of a late implant. As the later you implant the more likely there's something wrong. I'm so paranoid!

Hi ladies, I am new here - 34 and trying for the first time! This is our first month and I'm very nervous and have been reading up and taking in so much information! I'm currently on CD 19 and I think I have ovulated in last day or so but I'm not sure yet, I'm not testing or taking temperature just yet - thought we would see how it goes for now. I love having lots of data and analysing everything so I wI'll start doing that if this month isn't successful!
I've been reading and debated posting because what if I'm one of the lucky ones and it only takes me a month? But likely i won't be and I'd love to have people to chat with either way. I am on the two week wait here too and am seeing signs everywhere! I even Googled dry lips and pregnancy and apparently that's a sign haha and so I must be pregnant even though I know how ridiculous that sounds!
Looking forward to chatting with you guys!

I had EWCM on the 14th which was CD12 we DTD on that day the 15th we also had a few romantic nights which was a really nice surprise! i wasnt due to OV until the 20th but if i OV'd on the 14th i would be CD21. Im feeling cramps and sensitive today :/
Big hugs to all of you xoxo

I think I'm going to nip down to the supermarket and buy a test. I'm feeling shaky and sick today and there's a bug going around work so it would be nice to know if I'm sick or pregnant. AF due on Monday so I'm thinking there should be a good chance of an accurate result...

That's exciting Sabelen! Remember to jump on here and update! Are you going to wait until the morning for your first pee as more diluted?

Thanks ladies, I'm going to say I'm 2dpo now, based on the calendar and watching for the EWCM (getting the hang of the lingo!). Keep noticing all the feelings that I wouldn't notice usually, pretty sure that was just wind this morning , ha!
It's still a bit early isnt it sabelen? I'm impatient already! Fingers crossed for you!

I am the queen of impatient (well, actually, DH was the KING of it today) and we tested this morning. I told him it was too early, and sure enough BFN. I'm not down and out though, its only 7DPO. LOL. Today I woke up with metallic taste in my mouth and after cleaning my teeth, it was tinged slightly with blood. This is a good sign for me! DH is convinced I'm preggers. I hope he is right. Its going to be his first, so he is super excited. Its a gorgeous day here in Wellington today so I'm off out to enjoy the sunshine. I hope everyone else is doing ok in here - hugs all round. Stupid 2WW, its can be so stressful! Or perhaps I'm just too impatient.

Ha Kurryn, the first month is probably the worst wait - I'm convinced I must be an exception and we've done everything right so why not? I've read enough to know it doesn't work like that though.
I've been obsessed with reading all the forums. DH is also very excited - he told his mum last night that we've started trying so I feel a bit of pressure to perform so to speak! 3DPO today :)

I fell pregnant by accident the first time, and the first month the second time. Both were healthy pregnancies. However, I was 29 last time and now I'm 36. I had my hormones checked and they were all good apparently. I know we BD'd on OV day so like you, I'm like "well, we have done everything right so why would it not work?" Today though is the first day all week Ive felt normal. Which freaks me out lol. My bestie is more disappointed that I got a BFN this morning than I am! Oh well. Onwards and upwards *sits on hands to not test tomorrow*

How is everyone else going today? I sat on my hands, no testing today. Woke up for the rugby at 4am, had toast at 430 (body thought it was breakfast time). Awesome game, got the blood pumping that's for sure!

Hi everyone, I'm back - I posted in here a few months ago, after our precious son Zethan was born and died 13 days later in July this year. Although still grieving (and will be for years to come!), we're super keen to try and get pregnant again...gotta make use of all the baby gear still set up! Anyway, it's our second month trying. I'm on CD 24. Can you guys please just help me out, as I'm still getting my head around ovulation timing etc? I had tons of EWCM on CD18, then nothing on CD19, and my basal temperature spiked on CD19. Does that mean ovulation would have likely been on CD 19? And if so, does that mean I was 1DPO on CD20?(I have a 31 day cycle, so thinking I probably ovulate slightly later than the average CD14...) Thanks!
