So sorry for your loss and I wish I could say something that made the pain go away. But I know from my own experience this doesnt happen.
My first MC at 10 weeks, I started spotting and light tummy cramps around 8 weeks, boobs were saw and overnight that stopped. Cramping and came and went, spotting kept going - bright red. Areound 10 weeks had bad cramps kept up all night curled over. A few days later had a big bleed, gush of bright red blood but no clots. Was put into hospital and given medication to bleed everything out. Very very bad cramps and passed lots of clots, after each clot cramping would stop, then start up, pass another clot etc. For my second MC I had a day of tummy cramps - like a line across the bottom of my tummy, this got worse and worse, went to A&E and had bad cramp, bright red bleed and passed a walnut size foetus/clot. This was sent away for testing as I still showed -ve on urine test. My 3rd unconfirmed MC no +ve test urine however 3 days of light cramps and bright red bleeding and a small clot. So I guess from my experience each is different.
Am really thinking for you tonight and for once not just thinking about me and my issues.,... I guess I have been a bit selfesh trying to get me a baby... I really hope things turned out better for you soon.
Hugs x

The bleeding and cramps started up again yesterday afternoon. My hcg levels aren't dropping like they're supposed to, so I'm on two daily blood tests for a little while, and the specialist ball will start rolling when they get back to normal. I feel a little better today, but still extremely sore, and emotional as heck. We were playing dominoes at DF's parents last night and I cried cos the game wasn't going right for me. I'm not a big crier, so yeah, I hate feeling like I don't have control of my emotions.

Things are so weird really...I've posted in the Planning thread...my HCG levels are now doubling which is sooooo strange (from 7 on Monday). So I'm thinking maybe twins and lost one....or who knows. More bloods next week to see whether the numbers keep doubling.

I thought I'd got over most of the feelings, but hearing today my levels have gone back to 3, has gutted me really. I'm sitting here at my desk trying not to cry, and trying not to feel like I'm a failure, as I can't do the one thing women are supposed to do (that sounds so offensive and insulting - I apologise, I just don't know how else to say it). I thought I was prepared for it not to happen, but maybe not as much as I thought. I have a doc appt tomorrow to get the specialist ball rolling, but it doesn't make me feel any better really.

I'm so sorry you've been through all this. Please don't feel you're a failure, you're soo not..there are so many people out there who go through similar. I was one and yes I felt like a failure too, and exactly what you said about the one thing women are supposed to be able to do, I felt like my body had failed me and it was such a hard thing to go through it and then to turn round and beat myself up over it. Hope all goes well for you with the specialist, you never know maybe they will have some simple answers for you. Big hugs, take care :)
