I had my first physio appointment today and my physio told me I didn't need them anymore if I didn't want them so they have gone. I am so happy now on the (hopefully) short road to be fully recovered. |

yay for you can't imagine how difficult that would be with a 9 month old!!!! Well done, looks like you'll be back to yourself in no time by the sounds of it , heres to a quick recovery time for you
