Try powering off your decoder and turning it back on. Should fix it.

Can you just turn the power off at the wall or can you not reach that either?

I dont have sky, but work for telstra clear and we always tell customers to turn their decoders off..

Lol.. Im in the Chch contact centre but we deal with Auckland and Tauranga too :)

Telstraclear TV is pretty much sky, we get it from sky we just have our own decoders, i think its cheaper too. The main thing people complain about is we dont do an 'adult' channel lmao.

Id just turn the power off kawww.. you should be back on board then!

I know this might sound like a nutty question, but you haven't replaced your phone recently by any chance? Our sky started skipping and mucking around not long ago and when the technician came out it turned out that our new handheld phone was interferring with the decoder. Apparently it is really, really common
Hope you get it sorted soon! There is nothing worse than paying for something you can't watch!

While on the topic of sky.... I have to rant!   We tried booking a movie on Sunday night and it wouldn't work. Said bookig via remote was unavailable and to contact sky. So DH rang them, and got a message saying that they were closed over Easter. How crap!! Here we are paying $70 a month for a service, and they can't even have people on to answer the phone. I was not impressed. Especially as we don't get many chances to sit down together and watch a movie. I had been super organised and got the kids into bed early and was all sorted for movie night!!

My sky was doing the same thing last night - turns out that the dish on the roof was a little loose. Got up there this morning and screwed it back down :D
Give them a ring - it could be a number of problems and they'll send someone out if it's thier issue :D
