Topic: Mysterious Bad Smell Posted: 02 April 2008 at 8:29pm |
We have a really bad smell hanging around our kitchen/dining/living area and it's driving me nuts! It smells like an old milky spew...
Anyway, I can't work out what it is and I don't have any air freshener in the house. I know baking soda is supposed to help get rid of bad smells, but how do I do it when I don't even know where the smell is coming from??
Help!!!

We had dead mouse problems when we lived in my sisters grannyflat out in the country. Once it had crawled in the back of the fridge and had toasted itself against the motor the other time it had somehow crawled up under the ceremic cooktop (through the cupboard) and was getting toasted when we used the stove Both took ages to figure out!

Eew!! Yip, I'm been on a sniff-hunt but no luck. I don't think it's a dead mouse in the walls (there's too many holes due to renovations for them to get stuck in there lol)
What a mystery!!

Have you checked the tray behind your fridge? We had that for weeks once and couldn't figure it out, until we found the tray behind our fridge was all moldy and gross!
