Hey all,

Ive had another horrible day. Havnt been getting anymore morning sickness but sooooo many headaches. Got migraine again last night and had difficulty sleeping. Woke this morning still the same so stayed on bed till midday. Had to get myself up so I could go to my midwife appointment at 1pm.

Glad I did cos all went well. Bubs heart was beating away. It kept stopping but midwife said bubs does not like his/her heart being listened too so he/she kept moving away, lol. Hearbeat was approx 144.

Midwife said my headaches are pretty normal. I thought it was my neck and back causing it, but had them manipulated and massaged and was only good for one day, then pain was back again.

Getting so annoyed with them. Anyway, hope everyone keeping well. Take care

i'm sorry you've had a tough day kellverona! headaches and migraines are horrible. have you had your iron levels checked at all? apparently low iron was what caused a lot of my constant headaches.
hope you feel better soon!

And ofcourse I couldnt take any codral so I had to just wait it out - I was gutted, felt really sorry for myself. Luckily it is gone now but I will certainly be staying outo f the way of germs if I can help it for the next 6 months!

kellverona, hope you're having a better day today. maybe next time you see your midwife you can ask to have your iron levels checked? it is a really common sign of iron deficiency to have constant nagging headaches and i am feeling a million times better now that my iron is back up. having said that, it is normal to have headaches in pregnancy too, something to do with the increased hormones.
best wishes hun!
