Ive been keeping an eye on my cycles of the last few months and they have been bang on 26 days (same as before I got pregnant) well this one (arrived today) is 23 days..ok I know it is only 3 days but I am hoping when we do TTC that I will be able to work out when I am ovulationg. can 3 days really make a difference to when you are ovulating

Hey there,

I think the 3 days could matter if it effects your LP... have you taken notice of what cycle day you are when you've ovulated the last few mths?

no havent checked when I am ovulation not even sure how to be honest.

Watching out for when you get fertile CM, or possibly cramping mid-cycle (usually)... or you could start charting your temps?

I would only be concerned if it affects your LP like Sara said. If not then you should be ok.

Watching your CM is probably the most effective way, other than temping, to monitor ovulation. Or you could try OPK's.

My cycles are 26 days almost every month as well, and I had a 23 day cycle a few months back. No idea why, but they regulated themselves, so I really wouldn't worry.
