Hi Tryin,  I would recommend Vitex.... I don't have a personal success story (yet) but the two months that I used it, I got strong ovulation results and  there are other ttc'ers here who say that it has regulated their cycles.  I would also recommend charting, it gives you a good indication of how your cycle is going with ovulation and luteal phase etc.

I 2nd charting. I also have PCOS and have had very irregular and at times absent periods/cycles. Charting made it heaps easier to pinpoint ov to make sure we were BDing at the right time and ....well it worked for us! Good luck

I too have pcos, often not Oving for up to 8 months at a time (has its perks). I have just done clomid 3 cycles, with absolutely nothing happening, and am now on metformin and clomid, just started yesterday with the concoction of pills.

My specialist mentioned some form of daily injection for 2 weeks as my next step, but the name escapes me at the moment. And then finally he mentioned IVF.

I think the options you are given really depend on your circumstances too.

Sending baby dust your way to help you out.

I'm not too sure not at that stage yet. just started trying but haven't had a period since i stopped taking the pill 3 months ago. i have been diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago but had always been on the pill to suppress any side effects.

anyway i have started taking vitex. in the form of liquid and femzone pills. i will let you know if i actually manage to ovulate or get a period..nothing yet..maybe worth a try though?

best of luck :)
