ok so my last AF was totally different to every other one since Alex and I wanted opinions as to why. It has always been rather heavy and lasts about 4 days but this time, comparatively, it was nothing (ifkwim) I am guessing that my body is prob just getting back to normal but as everything has been rather regular I assumed it already was back to normal.

How much is not much?

Is it spotting or a super light AF? Could you be pg?

I find the cycles I dont ovulate my AFis super light (as in I could get away with wearing one pad they entire time, if it wasnt gross too) and only last 2 days. Normally its medium to light for 3-4 days. Its not that uncommon to have a random annovulatory cycle... Stress can stop ov. Nothing to worry about.
