I've heard this is good, but see on the jar that it has a lactose base. My son has a sensitivity to dairy (he's 4 months) - has anybody with babies with lactose or dairy issues used it successfully?

We used it for a few months, when DS was 6-8 months old. I'm sure he had a mild intolerance to dairy until after he was 1, I withheld dairy from his diet anyway. I wasn't aware of any problems with the teething powder anyway.

But I'm guessing since your son is only 4 months old, that the dairy intolerance is through your breastmilk? My DS wasn't affected by dairy through my breastmilk (thankfully!), so I might not be of much help.

Sorry I don't have any experience with teh weleda teething powder but if you're worried about using it I can recommend the Naturopharm teethmed relief , it works really well.
