I've just been given a pasta maker and tried it out for the first time this afternoon.  I can't believe how easy it is!  But I have a few questions for anyone who also makes their own.

What recipe/s do you use?  I just used a basic egg and flour but I'm keen to try spinach and anything else I can think of.

What do you dry your pasta on?

Can you store home made pasta?  If so, what is the best way?  Can you freeze it?

And, if you make ravioli what are you favourite fillings?

I'm so excited about my fettucine...just hope it tastes as good as it looks!

We love home made pasta and have it all the time here. We just leave it on the bench to dry seems to work fine.

When DH makes it, it usually makes enough for 4 meals for the two of us so he cuts the dough into 4 and wraps them in glad wrap and puts it in freezer.
