Just thought I would share this cos it was so touching. Yesterday - I had a frustrated cry at the weekend housework facing me. We decided that we would spend this morning all pitching in and doing the housework together and Christopher was not impressed at giving up his morning tv watching to help out around the house.

Anyway - he came and woke me up this morning (after I had the worse sleep ever) at 9.00am and took me around the house and he had been up since before 8 and had started cleaning up for me. He had done the dishes and tidied the lounge and done the bathroom all so that I didn't have to do so much when I got up. Made me cry He's such a little star.

Leish, can I "borrow" him?? He is so wonderful.

I I did have a DH that did do a bit of cleaning today and let me have a sleep in this morning, and he got up with Andrew.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Thanks guys It was soooooo nice to wake up and have half the stuff already done. He had actually done a pretty good job. It was funny though cos he used every cleaning product he could find on the bathroom and it smelt sooooooo clean - still does!!

He is such a great kid. He has his moments but I guess we all do huh.

Hope you are all well and have a great Monday

oh christopher sounds like a good kid!!! MY DH is finally helping but then he does what christopher does and tells me what he has done...maybe he could take a clue that it is cute for a 9 year old but not a grown man....

Christopher is going to make an awesome big brother...
