Clearblue digital ovulation smiley test

Hi - I did a clearblue ovulation test today and forgot to look at the test before the 8 mins was up. When I went to eject the test later a smiley face came up. Does this mean I ovulated? Does this test show you what your last test result was when you eject a stick? Two hours later I tested with another digital test and got a negative.
