I am having real trouble settling to sleep at the moment!! I am usually one of those people whose head hits the pillow and I am out to it lol but not at the moment.  I am tossing and turning trying to get comfy (this is with a big pillow on either side to hold up my belly lol), not to mention baby giving me a good kick or prod every time I do get comfy Is anyone else having trouble sleeping??

Hi,

I'm 14 weeks so don't have the belly that you do but yea i know exactly what you are saying. I wake up about 3 times a nite for no reason.

I have looked at the recommended sleeping positions (well i only found 1) and it is so uncomfortable.

If you have any sleeping positions that may help at my stage let me know.

I'm having a rough time sleeping too. My legs get achey, and I have pubis symphisis which is painful when trying to move about, plus this big belly gets in the way when I turn over and I almost need a crane to help me I find a thin pillow between my knees which comes up under my belly kinda makes things a little more comfortable, but not much. Someone needs to invent a bed for preggy ladies!!!!

Hey,

Yeah Im only 12 weeks and I wake up all night, like every hour or even less sometimes. Its so annoying then I get an upset like tummy like I havnt eaten in years so I have a glass of milk and last night for the first time it made me even sicker. Like it was curdling inside me. yuk! I hear it only gets worse, yay. Lots to look forward to.

. I also feel uncomfortable and takes me ages to get in a good position.
