VItex?

Just discovered Vitex through one of the other posts on here. What is your experience of using it? Is it ok if taking elevit etc? should you start it after your period or does it not matter when you begin? THanks!

Hi- I believe you can start any time taking it ( as long as you're not pg) I waiting until AF started so I knew I wasn't. Last time I did it for a month and got my BFP with my son the following cycle. I have just taken it for the first time again last cycle and waiting for results....I'd recommend it for sure ( but not if you're on clomid) It's worth a try I think.. and you can get it from any health store , so you don;t need script or fertility Dr....
