Goodness I put on 18kg with my first...and I was quite healthy but I did EAT eat and eat!!! This time I am devouring Carrot Cake and chocolates and all this sweet stuff and I can see the weight piling on. So far I have put on about 7kg and not quite half way there yet! I would love to cut down on all the naughty bits but just cant seem to shake the junk food addiction!!!
I do eat lots of fruit and vege too!!
Hopefully the new walking group is going to sort out a few kilos!!!
