My girls call their father's parents -
Grandma & Poppa
And they call my parents -
Nana & Gabba
They used to try and call my Dad "Grandad" but found it hard so came up with Gabba one day and it has just stuck!

My girl calls my parents Grandma and Grandad and her dad's parents Dead Nana and Dead Poppa (for obvious reasons!). She calls my grandparents Great Grandma and Great Grandad.

We have Grandma and Grandad and Nanna and Poppa. I was pleased when DH's parents wanted to be Nanna and Poppa, because Mum and Dad wouldn't want anything other than Grandma and Grandad, and it was less confusing that way!

We will be having Grandma and Grandad, Nanna and Poppa. It's been awkward cos both sets wanted to be called Nanna and Poppa and one set has just kind of bagsed it and said that's them. Lol. Inlaws are so much fun.

Mum is 'Nana', love it when DS sees her coming home and shouts out Nana.
Dad is Granddad,
Step mum wants to be Gran, though DS hasn't got that one down yet.
My Nana, is Nanna.
Exs dad is Granddad but not sure what DS calls his mum.

before the kids were born i asked both sets of out parents what they actually wanted to be called, so now we have a Nana and Grandad, and a Grandma and Grandad.
Course when DS was little they got all sorts until he learnt how to pronounce words properly :)

My mother is Nan (she didnt want to be nana or grnadma cos that made her sound too old, she was 40 when DS was born )
My ex's parents are nana and grandad
Jae doesnt see my mum much, and DPs dad doesnt interact with her at all so no names from her for them yet (both my father and DPs mother are deceased), but when his mum was alive, she was nana Griff, and he was poppy Griff (part of their last name, and is his nickname)
When I was growing up all grandparents were just grandma and grandad, but we added their last name to differentiate between them.

We have';
Nan and Pop (my parents). Haha Squishy that's exactly what my mum said!
Nonna and Uncle Mark (my MIL and her partner)
Granny and Grandpa (my FIL and step-MIL)
But I suppose they might turn into something else once our daughter starts talking.

My parents are Nannan and Grandad.
ILs are Nanna and Grandad, although she hasn't seen them since she started talking so that may change.
Nannan was named when Jody was only about a week old. My mum asked Jody what she wanted to call her and teeny tiny Jody said 'Nannan' lol
