Good morning ladies. Still no bleeding! From what I understand, this can be 'normal' for some ladies once hcg levels drop?? Please correct me if I'm wrong! I'm hoping for a little light at the end of the tunnel with tomorrow's scan, but have prepared myself if there isn't.

Hmm Im not sure but I'll tell you what happened to me-
When I had my m/c I started bleeding pink, turned brown and didnt stop it just got progressivly heavier. I started bleeding on the Tuesday, had hcg done the Wednesday morning, then had a scan on the Thursday and by then the bleeding was getting more and more but still brown but a darker brown, then woke up Friday morning with excruciating cramps and DARK red blood and huge massive clots.
This pregnancy, I had the same, pink bleeding, turned brown, had hcg done, it was quite high, had it done again cos was still bleeding but now brown, hcg rose, but I was still bleeding so had scan, and things were fine saw heartbeat, was still bleeding brown though, had more hcg done and it was really high. Then bleeding just stopped about after 2 weeks, so was really stressful for me.
Hcg really is a fickle thing! I wouldnt totally trust it, I would be likley to trust a scan, So I wish you the best of luck for when you have your scan, I you ar ein my thoughts and I really hope you have a great outcome **hugs**

Nerefiti- I think it's so different for every woman, but it sounds like there might still be some hope there for you? WIth my 5 week m/c, it was unmistakable cramp wise and like Sheza, I started light brown bleeding which soon progressed to full on red bleeding with clots and everything. Quite painful too.
With my missed m/c at about 13 weeks, I had some light brown staining, no cramps that I can remember and we found out via a scan that my wee baby had died a week or so earlier. But I *knew* something was wrong well before my scan IYKWIM?
I don't think I had HCG levels done except the initial ones to confirm pg, so not sure at what stage they dropped sorry. I would hope that a scan could sort out a lot of your answers...is there any chance of getting one done today (even though it's QB)?

Hun, with me I had NO spotting, bleeding or anything.
In hindsight about 3 days before bubs passed I had a massive cramp, I was walking to work and had to sit down for a few minutes it was so painful... I was a bit crampy for a few hours but then nothing. I dont know if it was related as it was a few days before. I also now realise that my chronic heartburn had disappeared and I wasnt feeling so tired anymore, but hadnt really noticed it until after I found out.
I am sooo crossing all my fingers and toes and have said a prayer for you babe. Everyone is different and I think that you should ignore the HCG levels as they are not super realiable. Wait till your scan tomorrow. And I know you are anxious and nervous and stressed, but do try and relax a little today.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your DP Nefertiti.

I really hope that it turns out fine for you
mine at 5 weeks was brown discharge for a day then had the hcgs done again and they had dropped by like 70 something then a couple of hours after that tons of red blood, clots and a few cramps. Before that was a really early m/c that I wouldnt have known about if I hadnt hd hcgs done.
You havent had any bright red blood so be optimistic, I too have read about vanishing twins but dont know all that much about it.
Thinking of you
