Hi angel mummy I think today is O day so I'll be counting from tomorrow with you! I need to plan some de-stressing activities for the next fortnight! How are you feeling?

Thank you AJB! Fx O is on the way for you x
Ooooh exciting Bonnie! I'm ok, feeling hopeful.
I have no de-stressing tips lol. I'm already reading in to every little symptom! I think it's unavoidable.... Hehe I was reading a website today that said to get a new tv series to occupy your mind during the tww. Could be an idea I guess?

Me? Nothing. I stress until I crack. We have a huge argument and then I cry. Haha. This month I am swimming twice a week. Having a salon treatment weekly (massage or facial) and I'm going to the gym twice a week. I really want to try acupuncture but where I live it's a no go and I can't be bothered travelling to Chch weekly for treatment. That will be the next step!

Swimming, gymming and salon treatments sound wonderful Bonnie! Great ideas.
I was thinking today that since it's getting warmer and lighter in the mornings, I might buy a backpack and start parking further away from work, so that I have to walk (I usually park on-site). Hopeuflly that will help to burn off some of my nervous energy, as well as making me more active/producing endorphins etc I need to do more exercise!

Argh, sorry guys I've had a busy life with camp and hubby had a bit of a breakdown and I forgot about getting back here!!! But anyway, my guess of O was bang on, cos 12 days later I got my first ever PP AF! First ever in 5years 8months!! Haha. So she arrived last Monday, making me CD9 now. Spotting stopped yesterday, though I had two wipes of brown today too it was minimal so I'm saying AF is gone and now I'm waiting to O.
I am symptom spotting rather than using OPKs, and I'm temping to hopefully confirm it afterwards. Before kids I had 32 day cycles so FF is predicting my O to be next week around my birthday, but of course I've never had a cycle after kids so it could be aaaaaannything!!! Lol.

Yay for af flyingduster (that seems the wrong thing to say on here!) And we are the same cd too but pretty sure I'll ov before you as my cycles are on the shorter side. Had fertile cm this morning so had a sneaky bd just incase ov decides to be early but still reckon either thurs or fri. Feel so much more in control this cycle so it must work out better than last month. Lots in the tww at the moment so hoping be get at least one bfp this month!

So pleased to hear everyone's positive news! flyingduster, AF is super exciting for you! Hope the rest of the milestones this month go to plan too! FF has O-day as today. However -ve opk, no temp spike, no fertile cm as yet. Hoping it's just late this month rather than non existent! Still holding out hope and bd-ing just in case!

How is everyone going this week? CD25 for me and I'm expecting AF on Saturday - although spotting started yesterday, which usually happens 2 days before AF, so might be another slightly shorter 26 day cycle for me (usually 27 days like clockwork). I have been terrible this past month with drinking wine and coffee and being so slack with what I've been eating (anything and everything), but in a way it's been nice to have a "month off" with no pressure. But I'm so determined to clean up this coming cycle - way less booze (still the odd glass of wine), cut back the coffee, eat clean and get back on my vitamins and supplements. Just really hoping that AF holds off until Saturday, as that will mean that my plans to go away with hubby for a weekend in a couple of weeks (right around OV time) will work out for us - if AF comes earlier, there won't be a lot of point scheduling a dirty weekend away this coming cycle

Thanks guys, yeah it was pretty exciting finally getting AF!!! It confirmed my suspicions of O, and it means I'm baaaaack in the game for sure!!! It's funny though, when I look back: my first PP O after my first baby was 2 years and a bit over 2 weeks after the birth. This time it was two years three weeks! I have an impressive body clock. Haha!
I was also excited to finally get to use my menstrual cup too, only to find my cervix sat reeeeeeeeeaaally low during AF and the cup therefore sat low too; almost hanging out and definitely not comfy! Ugh! So I've treated myself and I've bought a new shorty one, so that next month if AF hits again I can still be excited to try my new cup! Cos I won't be impressed to see her again next time otherwise... Lol.
MizPix, cool we are the same CD, but yeah I have NO idea when I'll O!!! It might still be disrupted by breastfeeding, or it might be straight back to old ways, or it might be a whole new normal cycle now, I just don't know!! My flow was quite long lasting, but I guess after well over two years it may have had a bit to flush through too... Haha. I possibly had some more fertile CM today too, but I'm dubious if it is just leftover dregs of AF or not, even though it wasn't coloured. Who knows!!!!
Good luck all anyway!! Cooooome on winter babies!!!

Hi all,
CD23 and 7 dpo here, and going crazy symptom spotting! It's impossible not to, right?! Ovia says I can test in 5 days............ 5 daaaaaaaaaayyyyyyssssss. Urgh
I'm sure most of it is in my head though - so frustrating and hard not to get down about it.
Very cool about the AF confirmation Flying duster!! It's a relief to know things are back to normal I bet!
Mizpix, hooray for fertile cm!! I know what you mean about feeling in control. It's a great feeling to be learning so much about our bodies! I had no +opk's but my temp has risen and stayed up which means I did ovulate (hopefully?) and hopefully around when I suspected/bd'd too.
A day further along has got to be good Bonnie! A day closer to testing
Gota cover your bases AJB, bd away I say! haha
Fingers crossed AF holds out til Sat Rin! A month off actually sounds really good. The stressing and obsessing can be exhausting for sure.

FF changed my lines the other day to two days later then this morning changed back so I'm going with the original ov day because I did get a pos OPK that day. I don't get ewcm so I really rely on OPKs to get it right. I'm 11 DPO today and trying not to symptom spot but my boobs are so sore and I don't generally get sore boobs before AF but who knows. Also had a massive dip in temp on day 7 but again not trying to read too much into it. I'm going to try my best to hold off testing until next Wednesday, it's guna b hard but I told DP that he is not to allow me to buy one until next week.

I'm staying with today's update as that was what I originally thought but since it said I'd O'd already we had a break that night haha! Now I'm kicking myself. Oh well. We did the night of actual o day so should be ok! That was the last day of ewcm and the day after my pos OPK. What day do you think you'll test?

Rin it sounds like you had a good month off TTC, good for the soul to enjoy some treats!! I hope af comes this weekend so you get your weekend away this month. Yay for getting AF flyingduster, good luck trying this month! Laurz I have my fingers crossed you get your sticky bubs this month, well done holding off testing til wed if you can manage it!! I know how much those last days drag. Bonnie Bding the days before OV are the best, so I wouldn't worry too much about not getting that extra day in, we didn't bd after OV the month we got our BFP. All the best AngelMummy for testing next week as well. A few testers coming up I hope you all get BFPs!!!

Well, FF has me O on Monday, whereas following CP, CM etc I have me as yesterday O. Temp hasn't had what I would consider a significant rise, FF obviously thinks so! Have been very slack with OPK's this month as they are kept in the bathroom and not the loo, so I remember I need to take one midstream and by then it's too late! We should have caught O either way but will BD again until the end of the week just to be sure! So much guess work with this baby making business!
Laurz, I have all my fingers, toes and limbs crossed for you!
