Hugs MissK.
Still 3 days until AF is due for me. Did a test the other night and there was a faint line, but did another tonight and it was BFN. Is that even possible?! Argh! DH has said not more sticks until after AF is due....

Aaaahhh missK must be hard waiting all weekend without being able to test!
BabyGliss sorry your af came - hope this month is it for both of us!!
SO I've ordered my Preseed, plus I've been reading about this pineapple core method - has anyone tried it before and gotten a BFP? I might as well try this month, can't hurt right?!
Here is some info on it: http://natural-fertility-info.com/bromelain-pineapple-for-implantation.html

...and some more details on how to do it (pineapple core):
If you are going to do it start the day after ovulation and eat it for 5 days straight. Eample:1dpo - 5dpo, 3dpo - 7dpo (do not start any later than 3dpo)
INFORMATION:
Using Pineapple to Assist Implantation: Pineapple contains bromelain. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks up proteins that inhibit embryo implantation. Consuming a whole pineapple (focusing on the core as it has the highest concentration of Bromelain) during a fertility cycle can be beneficial.
For IVF [in vitro fertilization] cycle: one pineapple, divided into 5 portions - consume one portion each day, over five days, beginning on the day of your embryo transfer.
IUI [intra-uterine insemination] cycle: one pineapple, divided into 5 portions - consume one portion each day, over five days, beginning on the day of your IUI.
Timed intercourse cycle: one pineapple, divided into 5 portions - consume one portion each day, over five days, beginning on the day after ovulation.
Note: Be careful not to start consuming pineapple too early in the cycle. Beginning to consume pineapple BEFORE the recommended days above can actually affect your vaginal and cervical mucus PH, making it more acidic.
NEEDS TO BE FRESH PINEAPPLE!!!

Hi all, Welcome to newbies, this a is great place for support Lease, hooray!!! So pleased for you! MissK, Bubalove, BabyGliss - the infamous waiting, doesn't it wear you down emotionally! Rooting for you all next cycle - MissK, you're not out yet! Probably helpful living rural and not being able to buy tests easily...some cycles I act like an addict with the jolly things!!!! I've been in the TTC for 12 months+ forum of late, as my periods disappeared and I never knew if I was in the 2ww at all! We went to see Fertility Associates on 8th June and were very impressed with their care, would highly recommend. Amazing relief to finally have a name for the issues I've been dealing with since puberty - PCOS. Nice to name the beast and wrest back some control. Total unexpected shocker was that my bloods taken that day, to determine where in a cycle I was should we want to try medication to induce a cycle, revealed me to be in the early stages of pregnancy already Reminded me of when I was two weeks overdue with my daughter and made a date for induction, the midwife said "booking your induction often seems to scare them out!" and my daughter was naturally born the day I was due to be induced...now my body's gone "what are you doing, reporting me to a specialist? Look, I can make babies just fine!" My numbers have been a bit slow, my hcg not quite doubling at follow up bloods on the 13th and my progesterone dropping quite dramatically from 58 to 30 nanomuls (in America it is measured in nanograms so there I'd be about a 10) and the nurse warned me that I could experience miscarriage in in the next couple of weeks. Thankfully, my next lot of bloods on the 16th revealed hcg had more than doubled and progesterone had crept up to 32. All we can do is keep monitoring. Next test is on Thursday. All the best to everyone, I'm lurking and cheering you on!

Hi ladies! Glad to see this board a bit more active again! I'm still occasionally lurking when I have a particularly slow day at work LiBi congrats!!! That's fab news!! FX for a sticky wee bubba for you! MissK to do the CD post you'll just need to scroll back to whenever the last one was posted and hit "quote" - edit the names and cds and remove the [quote] from the start and end of the post :) 12 weeks here now, it's going slowly though going faster now it's more well known news and we're not hiding it! Good luck to you ladies trying, it's a slow wait every month!
