Hi ladies. Tested again last night and got a dark bfp, then tested this morning and it was lighter than last night (but darker than the previous mornings). I'm certainly not going to be relaxing for a while!!

Did you pee much over night?

Also everyone is different when there hcg levels double etc...
You might not drunk much yesterday arvo so your pee would have been super concentrated last night. Best not to worry, as it isnt good. Easier said than done i know.

Blue, it's cd1 for me too :(

Chelsea I don't know if I lengthened it by anything I did or not, but I've just been taking my supplements religiously (Fertility Zone Supplement by Health Zone, fish oil, Folic acid, Vit d and iodine) and drinking a fertility tea by Artemis.
I wasn't trying to lengthen my LP, as I was happy with 12 days... Who knows though, may have helped? Or may be a natural progression?

Thanks girls.

Sorry to hear Charly/Heavenly. Maybe we will all be lucky next month together!

On a side note, I just joined the gym with my husband. I am wondering if any of you go to the gym while TTCing or even while you have been pregnant. I know that you aren't supposed to BD just after hubby has done any exercise because it heats up his little men, but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with going to the gym and TTCing.

Go for Blue... being fit and healthy is so important for fertility. It also helps you have a smooth hassle free pregnancy and birthing experience. Once pregnant, you can also continue much of the exercise (some needs to be a little more moderate) that you were involved in when you conceived. Enjoy looking after yourself and get into it. A group of ladies and I were invovled in an online fitness group on Ohbaby... over half of that group have gone on to have their BFP's now.

Sorry charly and HT, I had high hopes for both of you!!
Blue - I exercise regularly (5/week) and continue this while TTC. Both BFPs I haven't changed much. I maye don't go as intensely. Although I found the ms and the exhaustion made me relax a bit more. I did have 2 miscarriages but my dr assures me it's not related.

Yup I exercise at least once a day. I cycle for 30+ mins every day, I swim once a week with my kids, I walk with my sister-in-law three-four times a week, Mum and I normally go for a shopping walk once a week (although we also take kids to mcds on the same day lol) and go for a wander with hubby and kids at least once a weekend. I also work as Mummy help at Kindy for three hours three times a week. This is great exercise to keep heart rate up lol. I'm not skinny, I'm half way to my goal weight, I don't go hard out on the bike every night, tonight I just did a long slow grind as I have already swam and walked. All of that helps to keep me active and all can be maintained when pregnant.

Blue - I go to the gym every day after work (usually have to miss a workout during the week for a social commitment, or working late so it's often more like 4 out of the 5 days) and once on the weekend... I just reduce my weight resistance when I've fallen pregnant in the past, because you prone to injuries when UTD.

NZveg hope you got a bd in today :)
