Congratulations Charly. That is wonderful news.

AF didn't arrive yesterday on its due date, and it is still not here now. But last night I had period pains so I am expecting it sometime today :'( I just wish someone could look into my future and tell me that it will be ok and that I will be able to have children one day. I think that is the hardest thing for me, knowing my mum struggled to have children and as she was adopted, who knows what genetic conditions there are in our family. All I know is that I don't have an inverted womb like my mum did as far as I know. I just wish I could know that it is possible. Not knowing is the hardest thing! But apparently doctors won't test couples until they have been trying for a while so I guess we will have to wait :(

I just started spotting, and while it could be implantation bleeding, I doubt it. It is AF, I know, it is always AF. I guess I have been sad sick not happy sick (pregnancy being the best reason to be sick). Ah well. Back to the drawing board.

Aw blue, you never know when to expect your BFP, it could be right round the corner! After being diagnosed with pcos this week I never dreamed I'd get a BFP a few days later. It still feels unreal to me. I have been trying to have a baby for well over a year now, it's a tough journey! But try stay positive, you might get that BFP next cycle (or this cycle if your spotting doesn't turn into AF) xx

Oxy, I am sorry.

Possibly CD1 for me today too.

I only spotted that once yesterday and I woke up AF free this morning, but just now it has become slightly heavier :( so I think it is AF, but I think she is just being a d**k and mucking me around. :'( I will confirm tomorrow morning whether it is CD 1 or not.

Hugs Oxy and Blue

HT - how did your blood test go? Did you find out if you ov'd this cycle? I didn't even know a blood test could tell you that.

AFM - DD's birthday done and dusted so nothing to occupy my mind. I just know this 2WW is going to drag...

Sorry to hear Oxy and Blue Hope AF isn't too annoying and it can be her last time for the 12+ months! (All going well that this next cycle end up being UTD!)

Hi enelra
Thanks for thinking of me Smile I will ring to get the results on Monday morning. The test is sometimes called a progesterone cycle day 21 (CD21) test. However, in reality it is really a 7 days past ovulation test (7dpo) as most women don't ovulate on cd14. Increasingly, clinics are asking women to get it 7 days before their expected period. I'm not expecting any results this month. It has been an unmedicated cycle after an early miscarriage. My symptoms were inconclusive and I couldn't settle on an ov day (I don't temp). I will let you know tomorrow Smile

Hi HT, I'm 1dpo now, thanks :). Only bd the day of a pos OPK and the day before it. I know we really should have tried the day after pos opk but oh well :/. Hopefully that's enough. Not feeling at all hopeful this cycle, I think it's just a head space I'm in at the moment. Good luck to everyone. X

Hi bex
I'm sorry I an't help much on the when to test thing, I always get it wrong. There is a quiz type of thingy on coutdowntopregnancy.com that can help you with this answer. You just pop in your details and it lets you know when is the best time to test.
