Mmm twinkeltoes yum! I had an export citrus tonight too :) bummer oxy, can I ask if you have done any more about going through fertility associates etc? After this long even if its unexplained infertility they should be able to see you publicly? Xx

Soda, I have been through a fertility client they found nothing wrong with me, It is not like I can't get pregnant because I did last year I think it more of a getting the timing right.

Hi everyone
I've read back briefly but just wanted to say good luck to anyone that's coming up to testing and sorry to anyone that didn't get their BFP this month.
Arrived back from Fiji yesterday and unfortunately I think I missed ov altogether! So I'm pretty sure I'm 10dpo today.
Bit gutting but at least I could just relax and enjoy myself :)

Its my birthday so just chilling at home with DH, I am sure I ovulated already but it would make BD 3 days in a row (go the weekend and birthday lol)

I am trying my best to track, but I am so busy this month. Had family stay and wedding over the weekend and pretty sure I ov d the one day we couldn't do anything due to family staying. Ah well!

true Oxy.. your turn has to be coming up soon! xxx and yes, that article is spot- on, eating low sugar and high fat is very very good for you. its what we are supposed to be eating! I try to do that, but lately have just eaten crap, ive been terrible lol. must get back on the wagon though..

The only sugar I have in my cereal and coffee is Raw sugar. I drink Greggs decafe coffee very nice coffee.

Thats good. I paid about $12 for ONE test of those kind from Countdown. AF finishing off today... so countdown now to Ov! :O

When would you start using opk test? Day 12 and did one today thats neg. Would only 1 day be pos? Today should be day 1 of "3 most fertile days"

Start about 3 days from your expected Ov date, so if you expect to Ov on CD14 start on CD12, and as far as I am aware it's only positive in the day or so before / of Ov.
