Sorry to say I had those tests for a while and according to them I never ov. I personally don't think they work for me. What day do you normally ov?

I used the same ones from the same seller last year, I had a positive that matched up with my temps so in short there shouldn't be anything wrong with them you just must not be Oving yet, when mine was positive I Ov'd the day afterwards, the best thing to do is keep testing each day and then BD every second day until it is positive and then try and get an extra one in if you are up to it,

Ummm and by longest cycle what do you mean KP06? Like from CD01 until I get my next AF? Its been like 29-30 days. Pretty regular so far since they came back in March 2014.

Wellybaby I loved how in the ad its says they are brand new, as if someone would sell used ones! lol
Hopefully they do actually work, some mixed reviews on them. I only used first response ones this month so can't advise regarding any others. Those worked great though.
I know you said you only want to chart if you end up having problems, but honestly it's a great way to figure out when you ov! This is my first month TTC for bubs #2 and I'm charting as it makes it easier. Takes away the "have I or haven't I?" question about ov which is very frustrating!!! IT's such a good feeling seeing the temp changes. Temping in the morning is fun too, something I love about waking up. But maybe I'm just a geek lol. I really enjoy seeing the changes in my temp throughout the month. It just Adds a bit of fun to everything . I say give it a go next month, as you may just love it!

Oh and yes, the cycle starts from first day of AF and ends the day before the next one starts. It's good your cycles are regular like that too

So lets just say 30 days, that mean with a luteal phase (between Ov and AF) of 10-16 days it means you would expect Ov between CD14-20, even with a LP of 13 days that means Ov on CD17, so quite likely you should get a positive result in the next couple of days,
Has the line been slowly getting darker? usually the line slowly gets darker until it is darker than the control to show a positive, google images have a whole lot of OPK progression images.

Do you usually have a long LP Bobsta? Or is it an early ov for you?

hard to say as haven't charted since 2010 lol. But with my DD we BD on CD10 only and got UTD from that (was in 2012). So maybe I do normally have a long LP. Ov can be a damn mystery I reckon!

Wow cd10, that sounds crazy lol, I'm just use to long cycles, I don't even start temping at cd10 and sometimes not even by cd13,
Earliest I have ever ov I think is cd15, with "normal" cycles I get maybe earliest cd17.
I've always had irregular and sometimes really long cycles but the interesting thing is 4 years ago I always had a 9-10day LP and now its usually 13.

yeah crazy alright. I guess it' normal for it to all change over the years. I think back in 200/9/2010 when I first started TTC and was charting my ov day was around CD15 but now seems to be much earlier. I hear of lots of people's LP changing in length too, so must be normal. I think it's Oxy who is taking EPO and she said it's made hers is longer. The longer the better I think!
