I read it can cause uterine contractions if you take it after ov.

Thanks Oxy, was curious as to why as I normally take it morning and night (for other reasons) but saw you mentioned it earlier on so stopped taking it for now just in case.

I only started taking EPO to help with my PMS symptoms and to produce EWCM, My EWCM has disappeared last time I had EWCM was in October last year.

I was taking a few painkillers this cycle that might have stopped my body producing EWCM

EPO is evening primrose oil. I take this too before OV and find it really good for EWCM.
I also take Vitex to regulate cycle and am going to start charting next week.

Yay KP06, excited for your first month back TTC.
I'm good having some bouts of nausea but its prob too early for that so maybe just food disagreeing with me. Also having a few cramps but again might be a tummy issue. Feeling a bit pessimistic about this cycle but going back to work on 2nd Feb so getting class set up for the new bunch of kids is keeping me occupied which is good!!
Kumeroa any news?

Oxy did I miss your annoyncement??? I see your ticker has changed, congratulations.
I'm still plodding along waiting for ov. Getting creamy CM atm so cant be too far away. I HATE that my cycles are stupid and all over the place. DH has cold feet at the mo so not even sure we are going to try this month. I really want to because the timing if we got preg would be perfect, end of oct baby. Our birthdays are in November, and I wouldn't want a christmas baby if possible - not that I would be upset if that happened!

Still no AF here not tested yet, but as of today my longest cycle ever, had cramps on a and off for last week, not convinced I'm utd but time will tell will test in next week sometime. Spent way to much on prey tests when TTC my little girl, took 18 months so spending a bit less, think this is 6 months TTC, quietly excited though

TTC #2 since July 2014. Have had 3 ectopics May 15, Oct 15 and Aug 16. IVF is the only option now as no tubes left
