Oxy I would think if you are doing it every day yes. Eating right and making it a good power walk would help

On the subject of Pineapple, I read it could cause a miscarriage. I feel bad now because I have been eating it for a few years right through my whole cycle. I hope that wasn't the reason I have had a few miscarriages :-(

Oh no Oxy you can't think like that. Is there scientific proof of it causing mcs? All you can do is be the healthiest you can be and keep trying xx

So I am probably out this month any way because I have had a really bad cold since ov and now I have labrynthitis. It is the worst and tripiest feeling ever. Have a script for something to help the vertigo. Here is hoping it helps a lot.

It could just me a myth, but I'm not taking any chances, So will stop eating pineapple in the TWW.
This is what I read
Pineapple
Pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy shouldn’t eat and drink too much pineapple juice because this fruit can cause contraction which leads to miscarriage; cause diarrhea or allergy to pregnant women. The reason is that pineapple has bromelain which is able to soften the uterus and produces aborticide. However, after this period of time, pregnant women can eat a moderate and sensible amount of pineapple.
