*sigh* stuck home sick today - feeling pretty grotty, so probably adding a few grams to those I found over Easter too.

HT you are doing sooooo well! You are totally going to be in the 80's before you know it! :-) Weigh in this morning for me was 65.5 yay! I am slightly confused as I have been pretty bad with eating over Easter. Ate waaaayyyyy too many of DDs eggs haha. Also was away for Easter so only got to the gym twice last week. Going to Body Step tonight. I will probably die lol. I've got a bit of a cold but have to soldier on through! Happy Anzac Day everyone xx

63.8 for me this morning.. I had got to 63.2, but then have had quite a few days over count as I've been tired, sick and just really over everything. I have gymmed once in 2 weeks. Back on the wagon tomorrow hopefully.
Hope everyone had a nice Easter x

Hi Ladies, I was wondering if I can join you. I am really keen to start TTC but my doctor has advised me to lose 20kg before we even start to try as it could be dangerous for me to get pregnant at my current weight I currently weight 89 kg and need to get to 69kg. I thought this would be a great place to get some motivation Thanks

Hi HT,
Currently am using weight watchers and my fitness pal. Finding it really difficult atm though. I am a teacher and am currently on school holidays and the temptation to eat is huge!

Welcome Rebecca! I'm also rather above where I'd like to be weight-wise, and have had a bad week with Easter leading on to being sick this last week. Thankfully went for a walk today and did a bit of gardening, so hopefully back on track. I also use myfitnesspal to track my eating (though haven't logged in for over a week now).
Planning on going for a walk tomorrow to help get my metabolism running again!

Hi Rebecca You are welcome to find me on MFP. I'm heavenlytalker2013. Lots of the other's are there as well We have so many teachers on the site so you should feel at home lol. The great thing abuot MFP is you can eat whatever you want and when you want as long as you exercise to keep your goals. I find the freedom is good as some days I just have to have treats... well most days

I will look you up on MFP thanks I can relate about the easter thing mushroom chocolate is my downfall most weeks (I have a serious sweet-tooth!). I am generally pretty good on the exercise front, a friend and I spend an hour at the gym 4 days a week its the eating that really lets me down. HT - I always have a treat day on Saturday after I weigh at ww but I generally have a treat most days as well!

Well, it's just as I feared - Easter + being sick right afterwards have caused the scales to creep back up to 75.7kg this morning.
Hopefully the renewed sense of vigour I feel this week will help me get back on track, though the weather is not helping me go for a walk (too windy cold for a toddler!)

Argh... still not back on the bike every night. The cold is hanging around and I have no energy. My iron is really low at present. Anyways, logging my failures everyday on MFP is a real downer. I have to get back on track! In positive news, I should ovulate in the next few days. Come on eggies!

HT, I am the same :( I have been sick with my wisdom tooth and feeling quite flat lately. I ate 700 cal over my goal today and haven't exercised since Thursday.. I will exercise again Thursday, but I must get back on track.. My DH coming home and really thrown me off, so good for me to have him home, but I let it be a barrier to doing things I should sometimes.
Good luck for the big O day :)
Mushroom, how are you going now?
Welcome, Rebecca!
