I had a lamington yesterday. It was delicious. Not going to make me lose weight though :(
I am succeeding with my drinking water goal, so am happy that that good habit seems to be forming!

Great stuff kazzanz, that sounds awesome. I swim on Fridays with my boys but sadly they are both graduating so no more swimming with Mummy. It has been a big step realising that I no longer have any babies in the house but rather two increasingly independent and determined preschoolers

Great way to wake up this morning Yesterday I ate more food than usual so don't quite understand why so much came off. My water levels are up, my muscle mass is up, my BMI is down, and my fat percentage is down. Thanks very much universe, what a boost. Our scale is digitized to each member of our household, it has age, height etc to measure the stuff above. This morning I had to pop it back to me as the kids had been playing with it. Maybe that contributed?

I am doing ok weight wise. Didn't manage to get any exercise in yesterday as I finished work late and then had to go emergency supply shopping as we live near the path of tropical cyclone ITA which is expected to be a category 4!!! and hitting tomorrow. If it decides to go south slightly it will hit us bang on (although we live inland not on the coast so won't be the worst hit)
Generator works!!!, Lots of easy food. Gas for the bbq!!!
