Ok - so, as some of you might know, I've been on the pill for the last week as I have to down-regulate my cycle to stop producing lingering cysts. For me, this is like a magical weight loss pill! So my weight this morning is 74.0 kgs, yay!

Thanks for the congrats ladies :-) I only ended up putting on 13kg's when preggo with DD which I thought was quite good but in saying that, she was only 5lb6oz when born so most of it was me over indulging haha.
Had a bit of a meh day yesterday food wise. MIL went all out and did a massive three course dinner which was soooo good, but at the same time soooo bad.
Back on track today though and going to do Body Attack at the gym after work. Won't go too hard out though...I want to keep this little blueberry of ours safe and sound :-)
Great loss Mushroom! Who cares what causes a loss...a loss is a loss!
Weekends are such pains huh Apfel :-( I always eat really well during the week then totally fall apart on the weekend...hence me always weighing in on Friday mornings haha.

Don't worry about the small gain Apfel - I'm sure you can lose it again for next week!

HT posted in other threads that she's leaving, so I've posted an updated list - if you're still around HT feel free to post your list again!! I could never replace you :)

Hi all - Monday weigh-in!

For me, I was 74.0kgs again this morning, which is great I haven't put anything back on, though if I'd been better last week I might have actually lost something...

How is everyone else doing?

I was thinking of starting a weekly challenge we can all aim to do to help lose weight - what do you ladies think? Ideas of what we can do much appreciated!
Thought maybe this week we could have a walking challenge - get out and go for a walk 3 times this week. You chose the length and location of the walk (yes, walking around the mall or zoo count too!).

I've gained another kg! I don't get it, I've been eating so healthy. Im 69 now. I just want to be equal or less than DH!!! He's 62 so I look big next to him. My pants are all too tight so I might have to go buy a bigger pair because it hurts to sit down. Mushroom, I'll try that. 3 walks sounds achievable! !

What a great idea Mushroom, I'm in. Won't be doing any walking today though as the city is currently covered in snow.

I put on 600g this week which in a bit guttered about.

Hi ladies!
Hope you all had a great weekend!
My weigh in on Friday morning was 64.7kgs :-/ So a gain of 200 grams dammit.
I'm guessing it's because I only got to the gym twice last week. As long as I can stay under 65kgs for as long as possible, I will be happy. Will weigh in on Saturday morning this week. Have a feeling I gained quite a bit over the weekend. Went away with my parents, and even though we did a 40 km bike on Saturday, I don't think that made a dent in the bacon & eggs we had for brekky both days and the chips and chocolate I binged on :-S
Oh well, it's a new week...onwards and upwards!
The challenge thing is a great idea! I'm in!
Also, who's on MFP? If anyone wants to add me, feel free too. I think it pushes me to know that people can see what I'm eating lol. I'm misssez and have a pic of me and DD :-)

Looks like the cold weather over the weekend has kept us all inside and possibly eating a little more than we should lol.

Hope you don't mind Misssara, but I've moved you into your own table, as obviously you're trying to gain weight! (though not too fast like I did - I put on 20 kgs when I was pregnant with DS).

Apfel - sorry about the mystery gain. I see from your ticker you haven't been TTC for that long - have you recently come off the pill? Because that can make a huge difference to weight gain/loss.

Also - if anyone wants to update their weight at any other time during the week I will update the list - I just like to officially weigh in once a week, and there are just a few of us ladies with a Monday weigh-in :)

Thanks heaps for that Mushroom :-) Love the 'Healthy weight gain' bit!
Hoping more of you can join me in it very soon! My goal is not put in less than with DD (so anything under 13kgs I'll be happy with). Main goal though is just to stay fit and healthy :-)
Might start weighing in on Monday mornings then if most of you are doing your weekly weigh in then. Night give me more motivation to eat well In the weekends haha.

Hi everyone
I first posted back in August last year and didn't even want to say what I weighted, am so over that now and would love to come back and posting again. Looks like everyone is doing well!
An update on what I've been doing....I joined a gym last September and starting doing classes, my weight has been a bit up and down and it's just day by day really.
Here are my current stats:
Starting weight: 118.6kg (Sept 2013)
Current weight: 105.2
I hope everyone has a good week ;-)
