Im only on folic.

I'm only on folic as well but dr adding in iodine and iron / vitamin c next week.

I m using folic, iodine, zinc, fish oils, and iron every second day...all self prescribed but at the dose that are prescribed as 'standard'

I took EPO and it caused delayed ovulation. I then decided to research it and turns out its estrogen dominant, so unless your cycles are off it can delay O. I was taking 2000mg daily.
Would be interesting to see how many others were affected. I used to have regular 32 day cycles, started the EPO then ended up with 38, then 36 days.
Also, another one is Maca Root. I took that in another cycle when I was taking EPO so hard to know for sure if that contributed but it certainly did make me gain weight.
I'm now back to normal weight and have dropped all supplements except for folic acid and fish oil.
