EPO is good but, TAKE NOTE....... don't take it after ovulation.... it causes UTERINE CRAMPING thats when I take Flax Seed OIl for the anti inflammatory action.

Hi Emmi, PnS also have Vitamin C at that price which is good for the swimmers... it stops them from being too gluey LOL My guy has them everynight when he jumps into bed.. they are like lollies to him. I also bought the Fish OIl...
Mollymoo, they also say baby carrots and grapefruit helps for ewcm.

thanks shezzy. i've been drinking gf juice. started last cycle but not really sure if it made a huge difference. have changed to mccoys this cycle and think it is much better. will see if there's a diff with epo too.
i really don't want a cupboard full of pills and potions but sometimes i think i'd stand on my head after bd if i thought it would help!!! lol!!! can you imagine it??? "it's ok honey, it'll help your swimmers get there via gravity"

I havetaken 2x & not yet, fx.
Funny I went to get my script from the dr this morning, & they tried to charge me $12, & I said no.
I asked for it when i saw him last time, he said, no but then rang me to say he hard a script for me.
Then I went to drop it at the chemist while having bloods & it was someone elses script so the chemist rang to get mine faxed through & after all that I had to take the other one back to the dr's so I told the girl that I want follow up bloods done & I will come in & pick up the form & I will not being paying for it, so don't know if they will just do it. But was anoyed at being chared so much last time.

i'm a newbie to this thread too. i have pcos and maybe endo too so cycles totally up the shoot - but think I"m on day 5 of my cycle, although it could just be because i had my iud removed. anyway, fingers crossed things might start to regulate soon. have started o metformin again, so that will help.

Welcome to all the newbies That 'waiting to ovulate' list is really long, won't be long until you are all over in the TWW!
Glad to see that AF arrived Jazzy - at least you can get on with this cycle now. I know how frustrating it is to know you aren't pregnant but AF seems to be 'missing in action'. Fingers crossed for this cycle with all the things you have to try out.
