You can get things on their gums called epsteins pearls (or something like that).. and they are very commonly mistaken for teeth. Thats right ,i have heard about the fact that the teeth are already formed behind the gums, so when they are born they can sometimes have teeth or you can see the formations of them behind the gums if the gums are white.
They do seem to teeth forever though.....

It could be a milk spot, spencer got one of those and I thought it might have been thrush. m/w will be able to let you know and they are totally harmless. You can ask your mw next time you see her. Basically it's possible cause some babies are even born with teeth! Was just wondering... when do babies start getting their teeth?
