For the last two, have them available in the fridge all the time so when you reach for a snack, it's right there.<br /><br />Beware that lots of sugar/biscuits etc will just make you feel worse 10 minutes later. Check with your chemist as something like this may help.<br /><br />Although it doesn't sound like it would help, I found going for a walk and getting some fresh air very helpful in making me feel better. Jack was born at the end of April so due to the weather we spent a lot of time inside. I always felt energised after a short walk, even 5-10 mins. Or even if you just spent time outside - although you may already do this!]]>
