They mostly contain all the leakage for me and can last overnight if needed.  I even had to use breastpads for a month after I stopped breastfeeding to contain everything!  <br /><br />I didnt like the Avent disposables as I found they didnt contour to my breasts as well as the Johnsons brand.  Trying Pigeon brand in next couple of days - will let you know my opinion on them later.]]>

I always swore by the johnsons ones because yes they were bulkier but they did the job and i didn't have to worry about leakage.]]>
