I'm a vego so chronically lowish in iron, doesn't seem to matter what I eat I've always had this problem but flurodix works wonders (pity its expensive lol)

Hopefully my BP will come up over time because it totally sucks ass. I didn't have this problem with Daniel and it makes running after him and interesting experience sometimes!

I fainted in the shower at about 8 weeks because it was too hot, then the same day on the bus I fainted again when I was standing in the aisle, it was very crowded and I couldn't get any air. Now I have cooler showers which must help because I haven't fainted since then (still have low BP though).

I had low BP especially around the 18-24 week mark and couldn't go on long drives to see my customers as I feel asleep at the wheel on the way back to Palmy from Ohakune. Very scary.

I hate water with a passion too. I have a squeezy bottle, lots of ice cubes, Roses lime juice and water. The lime makes it quite nice especially with the ice in this weather.

Milk is fine but I think you're only supposed to count 2 non-water drinks in your daily water intake. Just hope you don't get an intolerance to dairy lol.
