Was a new packet. DH went and bought it especially. My headaches will only be fied by 2 panadol rapids or nurofen. and the rapids weren't working.

Just a thought - have you checked the expiry date on your panadol? Are you able to take Voltaren tablets? Something a bit stronger than panadol? In the limited studies so far available, ibuprofen appears in breast milk in very low concentrations and is unlikely to affect the breast fed infant adversely. However, it is not recommended for nursing mothers unless the expected benefits to the mother outweigh the potential risk to the neonate.

So I disagree and wouldnt take it without medical advice, if you can take something less likely to cause issues wouldnt you.

sorry no - even less so than when your pregnant - Nurofen is not ok as it is aspirin based.
Panadiene is ok , providing it is taken straight after a feed - if your feeding 3 hourly - and dont take it all the time - unless you are not ok with taking codiene

Do you have a cold too? the only thing you could use for that is drixine nasal spray without a script, although a doc could prescribe you more than that .

Can I take Nurofen. I have a splitting headache and I've had 4 panadol today and it's not working. I have nurofen migrain in the box and I know it'll fi it but don't know if I can take it.
