So they see you eating? This really encourages my DD, she loses interest if it's just her eating and will often give up after literally 10 minutes but if we all eat together then she eats with us all enthusiastically. <br /><br />There are heaps of BLWers on here, perhaps adding that to the title or making a new thread could get soem more attention or posting this in the BLW thread, I'm sure the other mums will have plenty of advice! <br /><br />]]>

Exact same thing here, BUT nina is even weeks older than tom!! <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />She gets 3 meals offered a day and she goes mental if we don't offer it, so she wants it but she does not swallow it, IYKWIM?<br /><br />She plays, she chews, she bites it into a milion bits but she always lets it drop out of her mouth!<br />We have occasionally a few bits of carrot or sorts in her poos but it's ridiculous.<br /><br />She is really in the solids routine but she hasn't figured out that she could swallow it, if she swallows it's kind of a mistake. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley8.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />I'm not sure what to do and I am getting worried but don't want to talk to GP/Plunket as they don't know much about BLW.<br /><br />Just wanting to let you know we're the same here.... <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Just give him lots of variety and something is bound to take his fancy! What did the 'trick for us was marmite, and most babies seem to LOVE it! ]]>

Tom is 7.5 months and is really not interested. We are doing BLW as he refuses to eat from a spoon and gets offered food at least 3x a day- but seriously hardly eats anything. </P><P align=left>He is gaining weight nicely so I am not really concerned, but more curious than anything else. </P>]]>
