Sorry it was a false alarm and hope it comes soon for you emma.

Mine was real late this month (stress I think) and although it was a bummer when I got it (as I thought I could be preggie), I was glad when it finally came because it meant I could get on with things and I felt like my body was Ok! Even though it's horrible having AF lol.

Hi Emmaohara,
Congrats on AF coming back.
Supposedly, the majority of people ovulate 14 days or so before their period is due. So if you have a long cycle, ovulation will be later. The last couple of months I have ovulated on day 18 - 20.

If you start having regular periods it gives you a bit more to go on. Having said that, before I started temping I assumed O was earlier than it was for me.

Are you charting? I was wary of it at first, but have found it super, dooper helpful and I have learnt so much I didn't know. Plus, it kind of feels like I have some control (I know I don't really - it's all in my mind!).

Using OPKs has been really helpful too. Theres a really good seller on TradeMe called Worzel1.

Ok so finally after 11 months of waiting , my period looks like its finally on its way today yipeeeeeeeee, I am not sure how long my cycle is as haven't had a period in sooooooo long.
