Well things are all going good no morning sickness its all been hard. My SIL got married last weekend it was such a lovely day we had a great time just relaxeed and partied whith is what Jen would have wanted its weird being home now tho cause I use to spend most of my days visiting her and now I am kinda at a loss. Had a midwife appiontment last thursday and she is pretty sure she herd the heart beat oh iam so excited anyway enough of my dribble hope everyone else is good.

That is so exciting! I have my first midwife appointment on 8th feb, can't wait. What sort of things do they do at the first one?

really just talk to you and stuff oh you have to pee on a stick to check if there is protine in the pee they also check you blood pressure. also depending on how far youy are they may try to find the heart beat but looking at you ticker you just might be able to hear it. I love my midwife so she jsut comes and chats to us alot about anything she is like part of the family which is really what you want. Make sure you are comfortable with her if not then change it is so improtant that you are happy and like her you can change at anytime, but be aware in some areas it is hard to find a midwife in later stages.

Well that wasd good my midwife knows I hate doing teh pee thingy so I think she is jsut trying to get me use to it.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum aund due with my second baby in August. Already this pregnancy has been quite different from my first, different morning sickness, more aches and pains and a bigger tummy this time round
We're incredibly excited and can't wait for August!
Congratulations to you all on your pregnancies, looking foward to gettign to know you all over the next 6 months!

Hi and welcome to oh baby it is such a cool sight wow if it is so different then it might mean the oppisite sex mine is the same so I am expecting a boy which is cool. We will be finding out the sex its much easier for us I would hate to go buy heaps of girls cloths and then have another boy.

hi! congrats and goodluck with everyones pregnacies! sounds like thigns are going good! i still am having morning sickness, but i do think its improving a little!
i had an NT scan yesterday so got to see my gorgeous wee baby! it was so cute! measuring exact dates, and a tiny 6.5 cm ...cute!...
baby wasnt in a good position so im going back tuesday (valentines day) to see if we can get the neck reading... babies heart rate ws around 150 beats per minute.

i have my first midwife appt on the 22nd feb.... looking forward to it!
