Hey, 800g is better than nothing, and way better than a gain! Go BS!

a loss is still a loss, and the slow losses are easier to maintain. well done on your first week!

they say while breastfeeding you should only be aiming to lose 500gms per week so you did REALLY well. Keep up the good work.

Dont get discouraged. When you go on a diet and do it properly you tend to lose little bit of weight each time and now and then have a big loss. They actually say the first week you might lose some, the second actually pick up weight and from the third week you have real weight loss.
If you are drinking loads more water your body is readjusting to that as well and might have actually been dehydrated before. I know it is bad when you only see such a small loss. But I think you are doing great.

Slow loss is really good - it's all very well dumping a couple of kilo, but chances are they'll be back, and bring reinforcements! Seriously. If you lose weight too quickly (and it doesn't have to be a lot), your body goes into starvation mode and will store any fat it can get it's hands on. Also, it doesn't hurt to get used to losing weight gradually, as if you lose too much too quick, you'll start to feel cold, and you'll be wanting to eat more and that'll negate the weight loss entirely.
You did really well! YAY!!

That is awsome BS, Your WW leader should have told you that for you to maintain weight loss you should only loose up to 0.5kg per week. The slower you loose it the longer and easier it is for you to keep it off! That is a great start you should be so proud of your self!!!
I had my weigh in today and man and I horrified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
