The doctors are good.
The chemist isn't so great. I tried to return crutches after DW's broken foot was healed and I said "I'm in a hurry, what do I need to do about these?" the lady kept mucking things up and didn't know how to do this and that, then called her superior over. She didn't know either. They had trouble with something and i finally said... "Look, I have to go. My cars running. I'll leave them here and you can deal with them." "what about your refund sir?" "I'll come back another time."
I never did. I guess they really don't understand the power of disgruntled customers.

... they get worse. I went to use Ella's Pamol that I'd got on prescription from them a few weeks ago. The dosage on it was wrong!!! Oh My Gosh that's rediculous. it was half the dose she should receive. Though to be fair, it could have been the weekend Doc's mistake too, who knows? Either way, that's far too many screw-ups.

And you're safe naming them Andie, Absolute Truth is a defence against defamation so as long as what you're saying is true, then it's not defamation.
Ah the murky world of media law.
And I agree that the pharmacy sounds shocking. They must have a regulatory body that supervises all pharmacies, someone should notify them coz that is dangerous, they should be shut down.

Hmmm, I think I'll look into making a complaint. I'll write into them first, since I'm not a fan of making one about someone before I've made it to them... and I'll let them know I'm sending a letter to whoever regulates them. MOH is all I can think of (and I do have a friend high up there too... hmmmm... ) but if anyone knows who is in the direct line of accountability here, I'd love to know so I can contact them with it instead of the MOH.
Anyways, Nikki's uncle is my lovely new pharmacist (thanks for the heads up, Nikki!) and they're GREAT there!

They are great there, that is where we used to go until our dr moved. With the Pamol it would probably be the dr, our dr stuffed up Andrew's a couple of weeks ago and so the next time I saw him he just did me another script with the right amount on it (preschool have to have the right amount on the bottle). So now I have 3 bottles of Pamol in the cupboard.
