Does anyone else count the steps they do with a pedometer?? I have to for my dietition and personal trainer.

I aim for 10000 a day and usually get to it easily.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Sounds like a good idea but I've never tried it. Don't think I'll do much while at work though as I'm sitting down most of the day
