Hi,

I have had a cold for about a month now and I am Soooooooooooooooooooo over it.

It started as tonsilitus, that has gone, but I have had a stuffy nose for just ages and I never get that, so its driving me nuts, not sleeping, nothing taste good etc etc.

anyway I am after any good known remedies that might help shift it, cannot see point in going back to the dr, nothing they can do anyway.

Manuka honey and lemon drinks. Taste horrid but totally work.

Immunofort vitamins are wonderful too.

If your blocked up you can also add about a teaspoon of fenugreek (they look like little grains of rice, you can get it from bulk bins or health shop) and a piece of fresh ginger to the lemon and honey drink, just don't drink the fenugreek "seeds".
